Core drilling is one of the most cost effective ways to create openings for plumbing, electrical, HVAC Systems, floor drains, anchor holes, etc. SeaCoast uses advanced diamond cutting technology to make our work as accurate as possible. Using reliable and productive hydraulic and electric equipment we can safely drill ¼” to 80” diameter holes at any angle or depth.

Our fleet of flat saws includes both diesel and electric powered units. The diesel engines in our saws comply with Tier 4 emission regulations.

Wire sawing uses a metal wire with diamonds embedded to cut through anything from steel encased concrete and retaining walls, to heavily enforced rebar and more! Using a wire saw, we are able to essentially cut an unlimited depth from horizontal, vertical or angled cut locations.

Wall sawing utilizes diamond blades mounted on a track system to make vertical or horizontal cuts in concrete or masonry walls. Wall sawing is typically used to cut access ways, doorways, windows, and elevator and stairway openings.

Hand/Chain/Ring saws are used to give you a flawless cut when you need openings done with no overcuts.
